After activating/deactivating routing, open a new terminal OR run
source ~/.zshrc. Routing does not work with IDE plugins.
Run source ~/.zshrc in IDE's integrated terminal then launch Claude Code.
IDE terminal uses OpenRouter while IDE plugin uses native Claude.
